Wilsons Auctions Finalist for Family Business Award.

Ayrshire Chamber is the leading organisation representing the business community across the whole of Ayrshire. A completely independent and not for profit organisation, their objective is to promote and facilitate business between their members and others, and so encouraging commercial growth and local prosperity.

The Ayrshire Business Awards  are open to businesses of all sizes and in all sectors operating throughout Ayrshire.

Wilsons Auctions entered the Family Business Awards and are delighted to announce that they have been selected as a finalist in this prestigious category.

The company are in their 80th year after being set up by William J Wilson in 1936.  Now directed by his son Ian Wilson, Wilsons Auctions has grown to become the largest independent auction company in the British Isles with sites in the North and South of Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales.  Three other members of the family are also directors of the company.
