Wilsons Auctions Dublin tees-off for a great cause!

Our Dublin branch hosted its annual golf day and charity auction with proceeds going to the Marie Keating Foundation.

Wilsons Auctions Dublin hosted its 5th Annual Golf Day and Charity Auction at Palmerstown Estate Golf Club earlier this summer.

The event was well attended with over 80 golfers taking to the fairways and concluded with a win by Morrisons BMW and closely followed by Audi South in second place.

There were some fundraising incentives throughout the day with the Marie Keating Foundation benefiting from all proceeds raised. As well as a Beat the Pro competition the day was rounded off with a charity auction conducted by Ricky Wilson.

Following on from the golf day, on the same weekend Dublin’s Branch Manager, Jason Delaney completed a Tee to Green Challenge. This saw Jason run from the Spire on Dublin’s O'Connell Street to the first green at Palmerstown Estate Golf Club which was a total of 34kms!

Across both events the branch raised a grand total of €3457 for the Marie Keating Foundation, a leading voice in cancer awareness and information for both men and women in Ireland.
