We need your vote!
Voting now open to help make us the National Public Champion in the European Business Award
Wilsons Auctions is calling for votes, to help us become the ‘National Public Champion’ for the UK, in the next stage of this year’s European Business Awards sponsored by RSM.
The only auction company to be named a UK Champion this year, in the first stage of Europe’s largest business competition, Wilsons Auctions’ video submission is now available to the general public.

The video tells the unique story of Wilsons Auctions business success, from humble beginnings of only 12 employees in a single site in Co. Antrim, to growing its footprint across the UK and Ireland.
The largest independent auction company in the UK and Ireland, Wilsons Auctions is proud to have a strong work force of over 350 people across its sixteen sites, including eight branches in Belfast, Portadown, Dalry, Dublin, Telford, Queensferry, Newcastle and Maidstone.
Peter Johnston, Wilsons Auctions Group Operations Director said: “We would like to encourage everyone across the UK and Ireland, from customers and clients, to the wider public to vote for us! Time is ticking as we have until March 1st for people to watch our video and vote for us to be the National Public Champion for the UK.
“Your votes would mean a lot as we are very proud of our company and how far it has come, as a family-owned company to see it expand across the UK over the past number of years as well as being able to celebrate its 80th Anniversary. We are up against a number of companies in the UK, but as the only Northern Ireland-based company to be named a UK Champion, to have public approval of our success would be a great endorsement and I would like to thank everyone in advance for their support,” he added.
The European Business Awards public vote sees over 350 National Champions competing against each other in 34 countries across Europe. After seven weeks the voting will close and the company with the most votes in each country will be named ‘National Public Champion’ on 6 March 2017.
Adrian Tripp, CEO of the European Business Awards said: “Last year the public vote generated over 227,000 votes from across the globe. It is a very important part of the Awards as it gives these fantastic companies another way of showing their achievements. So please have a look at our web site and cast your vote!”
After the National Public Champions have been decided, a second public vote will take place between the country winners for the title of ‘European Public Champion’. The voting for this takes place between 6 March and 27 April, and the result will be announced at the European Business Awards Gala Final in Spring.
