To celebrate Saint Patrick's Day, Wilsons Auctions is running a giveaway competition on Instagram.

To enter, head over to Wilsons Auctions' Instagram account and:

  • Follow our page @wilsonsauctions
  • Share the 'giveaway' post to your story
  • Tag who you would take with you to the match!

 

Terms and conditions 

  1. By entering the Saint Patrick’s Giveaway you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
  2. The prize draw is being run by Wilsons Auctions Limited.

Eligibility to enter

  1. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age
  2. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
  3. An individual may enter as many times as possible by tagging different Instagram accounts in the comments.
  4. The prize draw is free to enter.

How to enter

  1. To enter, an individual must follow Wilsons Auctions Official Instagram page (@wilsonsauctions), share the ‘Saint Patrick’s Giveaway’ post onto their story,  and tag another individual in the comments section.
  2. This prize draw will run from Thursday 10th March and a winner will be picked at random, on Thursday 17th March.
  3. Wilsons Auctions Limited will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

The prize

  1. The prize will be two tickets to Ireland v Scotland Guinness Six Nations Rugby Match on Saturday 19thMarch at Aviva Stadium, Dublin.
  2. The winner will be drawn at random.
  3. No travel, transport or accommodation is included in this prize.
  4. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
  5. Tickets will be emailed to the winner.
  6. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
  7. The decision of Wilsons Auctions Limited regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement

  1. The winner will be picked at random and announced on Thursday 17th March.
  2. Wilsons Auctions Limited will attempt to contact the winner by Instagram up to two times.
  3. If the winner does not respond to the Instagram messages notifying them of their win within 24 hours, they will lose their right to the prize, and Wilsons Auctions Limited reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Receipt of the prize

  1. The winner will receive the rugby tickets as e-tickets. These will be emailed directly to the individual.

Data protection and publicity

  1. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the giveaway competition being used by Wilsons Auctions Limited for the purposes of administering the giveaway, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy policy.
  2. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting Wilsons Auctions Marketing Team at 02890 342626
  3. The winner agrees to the release of their name to any other prize draw participants if requested via Wilsons Auctions Limited.
  4. An announcement of the winner’s name will be made via the Wilsons Auctions Instagram Page.
  5. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Wilsons Auctions Limited privacy policy.

Limitation of Liability

  1. Wilsons Auctions Limited does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the giveaway competition or being selected for a prize, save that Wilsons Auctions Limited does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.

General

  1. Wilsons Auctions Limited reserves the right to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by Northern Ireland laws and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland
