Competition Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

The competition is open to all individuals aged 18 and above.

Participants must make a winning bid on the specified dates mentioned below at Wilsons Auctions Telford.

Competition Period:

The competition begins on December 13th, 2023, and ends on Friday December  29th

Winning bids made during Telford’s auctions:

Car & Commercial Auction Wednesday 13th, 12noon

Main Agent & Trade Car Auction Friday 15th, 12noon

Car & Commercial Auction Wednesday 20th, 12noon

Main Agent & Trade Car Auction Friday 22nd, 12noon will be considered for entry into the draw.

Entry Mechanism:

Participants will be automatically entered into the draw each time they make a winning bid at our Telford Branch on the specified auction dates.

The more winning bids a participant makes, the higher their chances of winning the prize.

Prize:

The prize is a SONY PLAYSTATION 5 with FC24 included.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

Draw and Winner Announcement:

The winner will be randomly selected using a generator on Friday December 29th, 2023.

The winner will be announced after our Main Agent and trade Auction and notified via the contact information provided during registration.

If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, a new winner may be selected.

General Conditions:

By participating in the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The organisers reserve the right to disqualify any participant in violation of these terms.

The organisers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
